Dr. Chin has over 30 years of healthcare experience and is a former Arthur Andersen IT Management Consultant (Accenture). He created MeduWeb.com in 1999 and acquired Cognate Technologies Java-based distance learning software, coded by two MIT students in 2000, to build a medical education community. This formed the foundation for Mediconnects 18 years later.
